The rooms are brand-new

Had a very enjoyable stay. the beds are comfortable. - the staff is very amiable. - the hotel offers the best location not far from the riverfront, downtown, riverfront, and GM Center.

There's no better place to stay in Detroit. I have just returned from a GREAT stay in this good budget hotel, warm rooms. The venue's location is handy, short walk to Detroit and downtown, river front and GM Center. Also, I reached an Episcopal church, located at walking distance from the hotel. The staff are exceptional.

Amazingly nice people working here. Quiet and cheap room with free Wi-Fi. An iron, a work desk and television were nice.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, plus it's conveniently located near the Windsor tunnel.

liked my fairly nice stay for lazy housekeeper. the room was quiet and surprisingly big like i expected. the staff were pleasant and excellent hole time of my stay. the food was good, with variety of options. the hotel was in a magnificent and unbeatable position close to river front, night life, and cobo conference centre in business district.

The room was brand-new and it had central heating, television and a writing desk.

Located in a great area, this place was a fantastic home base for a couple of nights. The staff was always friendly and went above and beyond. The room was surprisingly spacious with comfy beds. And the breakfast spread was top-notch! 🌟

Only the location of the hotel is good, closed to downtown of Detroit. The recepcionists are not bad.

In my opinion the rooms have to be more clean. The breakfast improved because is very, very poor. Some nigths a lot of noise was heared at the corridors with other guests speaking loud or complaining. The type of guests that use this hotel are not the best. There are not big control by the reception to the guests, everyone can do what he want.

The breakfast selection was great, and our room had a bathtub.

Bathroom and shampoo stuff not really pleasant...

This hotel was in great location in detroit, literally 5 minutes from greektown, comerica park, detroit opera house, clubs, etc...we enjoyed our stay, it is a clean and decent place to stay for the money.

Great spot for a weekend getaway, conveniently located near Greektown, Ford Field, Comerica Park, and the bus station, plus it's near the Dry Dock Complex.

The room is affordable and peaceful. the efficient staff is always ready to assist. - the hotel's location is excellent, just 2 km away from the Guardian Building.
